The airport is so conveniently close, I felt like I could practically fly straight into the holiday home. The towels provided were like fluffy clouds caressing my skin, it was luxurious. The fully-equipped kitchen made me feel like a culinary genius, even though I burnt my toast.

Who needs windows with proper blinds? Let's just let all the sunlight blind us in the morning, it's so invigorating!

It was also conveniently close to beautiful walking routes, including one with breathtaking views at the top. Another advantage was the spaciousness of the house, with plenty of room to relax and a well-stocked kitchen that had everything I needed for cooking.

The cleanliness of the house was a major issue, with evidence that the bedding hadn't been changed and a general lack of thorough cleaning. the blinds over the windows were also inadequate, allowing too much light to filter through, which was particularly frustrating during the summer.

We loved the fantastic location in the heart of the city, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and pubs. The house itself was very spacious and well-equipped, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bathroom and kitchen essentials were stocked, and even cleaning supplies and toilet rolls were provided. The high floor-to-ceiling radiators kept us warm, and the power shower was a great addition. The host was responsive and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

    None.

Fantastic location right in the centre with easy access to shops and walking routes. Easy drive to the lakes, great value for money.

The house was in desperate need of a thorough clean. None of the bedding had been changed since the last guests.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, right in the center of town with easy access to shops and restaurants. There are also plenty of lovely walking routes nearby, including a steep but rewarding hike up to the John Barrow monument with stunning views at the top. the house itself is spacious and well-stocked with everything you could need, from bathroom and kitchen essentials to comfortable furnishings and a well-equipped kitchen.

The stairs to the bedroom are quite steep, which may pose a challenge for some guests.

My recent stay at Moss Tarn was absolutely amazing. The open plan layout of the property was perfect, allowing for a spacious and comfortable experience. The fully equipped kitchen and extra bedding provided made it feel like a home away from home. I also appreciated the excellent heating system, which kept us warm during the winter season. The location was ideal, with the high street just a few minutes' walk away, offering plenty of things to do in the surrounding area.
